Ge2Gpx converts Waypoints, Routes and Tracks from KMZ/KML to GPX format so they can be uploaded to GPS, other softwares and maps. It is useful if you have files from Google Earth (saved in KMZ or KML) and you want to convert to GPX format in order to upload it to a GPS unit.
How to convert:
1- Save your points in KMZ or KML format.
2- Load that file using Ge2Gpx.
3- Then select the data you want to convert to GPX format, edit, modify or delete waypoints, and save it.
4- Upload the GPX converted file to your GPS using any software provided by your GPS's manufacturer (i.e. Mapsource, etc.).
There are very few programs that can perform this type of conversion. This is a very easy program to use and allows you to select specifically which data to be converted and which not.
